Director of Remediation
As Director of Remediation, Aaron is responsible for managing the TOLI policy analytics and remediation group at ITM. Joining the firm in 2010, Aaron helped develop, refine and implement the remediation processes and systems used today. Aaron has over two decades of experience in reviewing and servicing life insurance contracts. Prior to joining ITM in 2010, Aaron worked for CUNA Mutual Group. Aaron is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®).
Chief Operating Officer
Eric oversees the production of life insurance and annuity reviews where a thorough review of the insurance policy or annuity contract is conducted. Eric also manages our Registered Investment Advisor where asset allocations are evaluated to determine if it is consistent with the desired strategic allocations. Eric has a BS in Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and holds a CFA and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65).
Senior Vice President & Director of Sales
Greg is Senior Vice President at ITM and is in charge of new business development and managing client relationships. He has been providing risk management solutions to fiduciaries since 2011 and has extensive knowledge in the Trust Owned Life Insurance industry. Prior to the ITM TwentyFirst and RIC merger in 2022, Greg was a senior leader at RIC and instrumental in establishing, servicing and growing client relationships with banks & trust companies of all sizes nationwide. Greg received his MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and BS in Finance from the University of Kansas. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
Trust Account Specialist Manager
Kristal leads a team of experts that assist trustees in the day-to-day administration for their ILITs. Kristal brings 15 years experience with Life Insurance and holds both an Iowa Life Insurance license as well her CLU designation.
Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing of the Financial Services division, Kristin is focused on the strategic brand development of ITM. Prior to ITM, Kristin started and ran a marketing agency for over 10 years until bringing it to acquisition. She also worked in performance marketing and brand experience at General Mills.
Account Specialist Manager
Prior to joining the ITM team in 2016, Mike worked in the mortgage industry at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Mike brings over 15 years of familiarity in financial management, account resolution, and supervisory experience. Mike resides in Cedar Falls, Iowa and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.
Client Services
Paola Bellido leads our Client Services and Support Departments at ITM. She is responsible for providing our clients with daily support and the training needed to effectively navigate and utilize ITM platforms. Prior to joining ITM, Paola held the same role at RIC and worked in client-facing roles for over 12 years at Walt Disney World Co., Mercedes Benz and BMW.
